Introduction 

We have been raising Rottweilers since 2003.  We started with my daughter's dog Lily who is a direct Multi-International Champion Rick V Burgthann daughter.  This dog helped to shape our expectation and our love of the breed.  We were initially and continue to be very impressed with the intelligence and creative problem solving ability of Rottweilers.  It was incredible to watch Lily figure out how to play "hide and seek" with our other dog, and then see the other dog learn how to turn the tables on her. 

Rottweilers have been called the world's biggest lap dog.  Ours get plenty of lap time.  They are raised indoors and get a lot of personal attention.

What We Do

We have a few quality females and males, with an occassional litter of puppies.  All our dogs are of European bloodlines, most have been imported directly from Europe, from well known kennels.  Thus they all still have tails.  We strive for the best bloodlines available combined with great personality and correct appearance.   All our dogs are raised indoors.   Occasional litters available.  Check out our puppy page as we just returned from a trip to Germany where we picked up two exceptional puppies and made new friends.  We have more exciting plans for imports coming in the near future, keep checking us out for announcements.

**FRAUD AND DISHONESTY SEEM TO BE RAMPANT!!**

Warning to whomever has bought or is considering buying puppies from Terry Cornish (now of "vom Himmel rottweilers"):  An investigation is on-going with the police and FBI regarding the business practices of Terry Cornish.  In the past he has numerous times taken money for the purchase of a dog or puppy but never sent the animal.  In the past he has been in possession and attempted to sell dogs that he does not legally own.  

Warning to all rottweiler breeders:   I am the legal owner of Janka vom Weisselfenbein.  As Terry Cornish is in violation of our contract he is currently illegally in possession of Janka!   I have NOT given authorization for Terry to do any breedings with Janka in 2010, 2011, or 2012!   Terry does not have legal authority to sell Janka to anyone!   Legal action is pending.  Terry Cornish is now doing business under the name of vom Himmel Rottweilers - BEWARE! 

PROTECT YOURSELF:   Call me before you buy any dogs from breeders in the states of  Arizona, Colorado, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, or Washington !!!  

I have gotten a big response from people all over regarding their experiences with dishonest breeders!  It is truely a sad situation!  Here are some of the reports:

Two sources reported that a "person in a Southwest state" has been buying unregistered litters from "backyard breeders", registering the puppies as out of her own dogs, and then selling them to unsuspecting buyers. 

It was reported that "someone in a Southeast state" is switching the dogs they sell.  I also heard this about a "person in a Northeast state" as well.

A "breeder in a Northeast state" writes biased sales contracts which allow them to repossess the dog, without reimbursing the buyer, for any of numerous reasons.  And they apparently often do repossess.

A "mideastern state breeder" has listed certifications (hip, eye, heart, etc) on a sales ad which were determined by OFA not to be valid. 

A buyer paid cash for a dog in person, bringing a friend as a witness.  Now the seller "in a Northeast state" is claiming that they never received the money.

More than 2 persons have reported that a con-artist in a "midwestern state" has attempted to sell a dog which he does not even own.

This same con-artist in a "midwestern state" has sold puppies/ dogs at least four times and then never shipped the buyer the puppy/ dog.      

The legal system in the state of Washington is very biased against buyers.  In at least some of the situations the seller even gets free legal aid.

I was sold an imported dog named Saki od Dragicevica pedigree who is apparently not who he was claimed to be by the seller RKR!!   Apparently he was imported by Rottweiler Bomber and Terry Cornish.  Another fellow back East bought a female littermate from Rottweiler Bomber who was also a fraud.  AKC finally admits that according to the DNA test results neither the mother or father are those listed on the import paperwork:  Filou v Rauberweg and Oli od Dragicevica.   Now the sellers/ agents (Ironback Rottweilers in California and RKR in Washington ) refuse to refund my money on this fraud.  THE OD DRAGICEVICA AND ROTTWEILER BOMBER KENNELS  HAVE REFUSED TO RESPOND TO MY EMAILS, DEMONSTRATING THAT THEY HAVE A DIRECT ROLE IN THIS SITUATION AND THEIR HONESTY IS QUESTIONABLE.             

If you think you are safe because the dog you have purchased came from within the United States, don't simply assume the dog is authentic!!   AKC informed me that they register a dog or litter based only on the information provided by the person filling out the registration application -which could be easily falsified.   There could be a lot of us running around with frauds!!  The best way to protect ourselves is for all breeders to get DNA testing done on all their dogs and for all buyers to ask for DNA results before buying any dog!!
